Q: How does this work?

A: You order items on this website (paying for them in advance), then during our regularly scheduled order we order your items as well. We order early on Mondays and the shipment arrives two days later. If your order is placed after our ordering period, then it will arrive the Wednesday of the next week (if available). Once your order arrives, you pick it up at our store.

Q: How do you charge less than normal?

A: These are pre-sales. You pay before we order the item and we do not guarantee that the item will arrive on the expected date (but they usually do). Due to the item being paid for in advance, we do not have our money tied up in the item, allowing us to lower the price.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We do not ship to your house. All orders must be picked up at our store. However, this allows us to not charge for shipping, regardless of what you order.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We use Stripe credit card processing, which takes most major credit cards. If you would prefer to pay in cash: put the items in your cart and then come in store to pay.

Q: Is there a minimum?

A: Orders below a total of $10 have a $0.30 fee. This is due to the credit card fees that we pay (a higher percentage the lower the sale). However, due to not shipping, this also allows us to offer many products that would be treated elsewhere as "add-on only" or overpriced to make up for the shipping cost. Paying for your order in store with cash does not have a fee, regardless of total. Paying in store also does not have a maximum.

Q: What is the difference between the "unit" and "total" price?

A: Some items are only shipped in sets. The unit price is the amount you're paying per individual item, but the total price reflects the minimum purchase size. If an item has multiple units, the units will be displayed in parentheses after the item name.

Q: Why do some items have a star before their name?

A: Items with a star (★) are sold singly, but can be bought in greater quantities for a bulk discount. The individual items' bulk discounts are shown when you click on the item.

Q: Do I have to sign up?

A: Yes, but it is very quick. Our invoice system allows for easy status updates on all of your items and is easily accessed on an invoice page. This system also allows for a complete history of your purchases as well as allowing you to fill out your information (aside from credit card, which we do not save) only once.

Q: How do referrals work?

A: You have a referral link in your settings page. Send that link to friends and when they make purchases, you will receive a credit for 5% of their purchase. Any credits you have are automatically applied during your checkout.
